line-height: 1.5em;\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" align=\"\" alt=\"\" class=\"mediabox alignnone wp-image-4075\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.extende.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/CIVA-Validation-CoinOL4-7.png\" width=\"300\"><\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas de l\u2019inspection en L45, on obtient globalement un tr\u00e8s bon accord simulation\/exp\u00e9rience pour l\u2019amplitude des \u00e9chos de coin des modes L et T, sauf dans le cas de l\u2019\u00e9cho de coin en T issu du coin de la pi\u00e8ce (4\u00a0dB d\u2019\u00e9cart).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Par aillleurs, les amplitudes de l\u2019\u00e9cho de coin mixte de l\u2019entaille la plus grande (6\u00a0mm de hauteur, 15\u00a0mm d\u2019extension) et du coin de la pi\u00e8ce correspondent bien aussi, mais quelques \u00e9carts (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 6\u00a0dB) sont observ\u00e9s pour l\u2019\u00e9cho de coin mixte dans le cas des entailles de 2\u00a0mm de hauteur quelles que soient leurs extensions (2\u00a0mm, 5\u00a0mm ou 15\u00a0mm).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a class=\"mediabox\" href=\"https:\/\/www.extende.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/CIVA-Validation-CoinOL4-8.png\" style=\"text-decoration: none; line-height: 1.5em;\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" align=\"\" alt=\"\" class=\"mediabox alignnone wp-image-4078\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/www.extende.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/CIVA-Validation-CoinOL4-10.png\" width=\"300\"><\/a><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas de l\u2019inspection en L60, on observe pour toutes les entailles un tr\u00e8s bon accord entre simulation et exp\u00e9rience sur l\u2019amplitude de l\u2019\u00e9cho de coin en ondes L.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est le cas aussi pour l\u2019\u00e9cho de coin mixte (moins de 3\u00a0dB d\u2019\u00e9cart).<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, on remarque des diff\u00e9rences assez importantes (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 12\u00a0dB) sur l\u2019\u00e9cho de coin T sur toutes les entailles en ondes L60.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>On observe toujours <a class=\"g-lien\" href=\"https:\/\/www.extende.com\/fr\/la-simulation-cnd\/documentation\/validation-experimentale-des-modeles-civa\/validation-experimentale-des-modeles-civa-en-ultrasons\/ultrasons-echos-de-coin\/echos-de-coin-en-ondes-l\/ut-echos-de-coin-en-ondes-l-conclusion-et-discussion-sur-les-ecarts\/\" target=\"_self\">la division de l\u2019\u00e9cho<\/a> de coin simul\u00e9 en ondes T en deux contributions. Cette division se produit pour toutes les entailles. Comme pour le capteur pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, la division est pr\u00e9sente dans le faisceau incident et dans le faisceau apr\u00e8s rebond en fond de pi\u00e8ce.
