Une pi\u00e8ce peut \u00eatre homog\u00e8ne ou h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 simuler par exemple un rev\u00eatement. Chaque milieu est isotrope et des lois d\u2019att\u00e9nuation peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es. Il est \u00e9galement possible de prendre en compte des tubes remplis de fluide.<\/p>\n<p>Des milieux fluides ou solides environnant la pi\u00e8ce \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler peuvent \u00eatre pris en compte dans les modules de calcul de mode et de champ permettant une mod\u00e9lisation plus fine des pi\u00e8ces enterr\u00e9es ou immerg\u00e9es. Si le milieu fluide constitue une couche entre deux plaques solides, la mod\u00e9lisation peut aller jusqu\u2019au module de Simulation d\u2019Inspection (i.e., r\u00e9ponse de d\u00e9faut ou de
