New support tickets can be generated by sending an email to supportciva[at]extende.com but can also be directly created in the HelpDesk interface, which allows larger files to be attached.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Another advantage of this interface is the access to FAQs. From the \u00ab\u00a0Search solution\u00a0\u00bb menu, FAQs can be sorted by module and keywords.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Among others, the FAQ topics include:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<ul class=\"liste-carres-noirs\">\n<li>3D CAD mesh<\/li>\n<li>Modes identification (UT)<\/li>\n<li>Methods for identifying echoes (GWT)<\/li>\n<li>Custom color palette (UT)<\/li>\n<li>DQE and gain settings (RT-CT)<\/li>\n<li>Calibration (ET)<\/li>\n<li>Hardware configuration<\/li>\n<li>\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Next time you have a <span class=\"g-color1\">CIVA<\/span> question, have a look at these FAQs.
