| TraiNDE RT v1.2 is coming soon | ||
|
You will soon be able to use this innovative RT Training Simulator in two ways! By using a virtual reality headset for a totally immersive training, and in the new way introduced in version 1.2: just by using a standard PC! This may simplify getting familiar with the software for some users. New features have been added, such as the possibility to put several IQIs on the specimen during the shot. Optimizations have also been made to improve the user experience. More information on this release will be available in the coming weeks. Check out the TraiNDE RT website! |

| Technical day at Polyaero | ||
|
Last January 25th, EXTENDE presented the TraiNDE UT and TraiNDE RT virtual simulators for NDT training at Polyaero, in Gap Tallard, France. Polyaero is a training center dedicated to aeronautics and aircraft maintenance based on new technologies, virtual reality, and augmented reality. About 30 students and industrial partners attended and discovered the impressive facility and virtual teaching tools! |

| DACH-Jahrestagung 2023 | ||

EXTENDE is very happy to participate in the DACH-Jahrestagung 2023 conference, co-organized by DGZfP, OGZfP, and SGZP, respectively the German, Austrian, and Swiss NDT societies. This event will take place in Friedrichshafen, Germany, from May 15th to 17th. If you want an opportunity to see a live demonstration of CIVA software or the TraiNDE simulators, to discover the recent news and discuss with members of our team in person, come and see us at booth number 38. |

Do you want to perform a simulation with finite element models in CIVA? The first thing to do is to select the "FE interaction zone" option in the "Geometry" dropdown list.
