Confidentiality and management of personal data
Your personal data (surname, first name, business address, company, job title, postcode, town, business e-mail, business telephone, country, business website) is collected in strict compliance with Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 for Confidence in the Digital Economy and the RGPD.
The information collected on the contact form is recorded in a file used by EXTENDE to improve customer management and respond to requests from customers and prospects.
They are kept for five years after the last contact and are intended for the sales and marketing department established in France as well as for our subsidiary in the United States. No data concerning you is transferred outside EXTENDE (S.A. or Inc.).
In accordance with law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties, amended by the new Information Technology and Civil Liberties law of 6 August 2004 and the RGPD, you have the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you. To do this, simply contact us using the contact form, or by post to our head office for the attention of the Data Processing Manager.
