ISO 9001 Certification

Since December 2011, EXTENDE has been continuously certified ISO 9001.

This means that EXTENDE has built and follows a Quality Management System to ensure that customer needs are clearly understood, accepted and fulfilled. Besides, EXTENDE committed to respect the values of priority to our clients, active listening, rigor, technical humility and confidentiality.

This QMS covers the whole range of our activity (distribution of simulation and analysis software, design of innovative products, training, consulting and technical support in the area of Non Destructive Evaluation).

Our certificate identification number (for ISO9001:2015) is 10487010, and it expires in January 2026.

 

ISO 19443 Certification

Since April 2025, EXTENDE has been certified ISO 19443, an extension of the ISO9001 standard for organizations in the supply chain of the nuclear energy sector supplying products and services important to nuclear safety (ITNS).

This means that EXTENDE has extended its Quality Management System to include the specific requirements of ISO19443 for its consulting activity in the nuclear sector. This certification demonstrates the real application of our core values : rigor, efficiency, an ever-questioning attitude, and a strong nuclear safety culture. It validates the essential purpose of our company, which is the preservation of structures, nuclear safety, and, consequently, the preservation of our environment.

Our certificate identification number (for ISO19443:2018) is 10689042, and it expires in April 2028.

 

ISO 14001 Certification

Since December 2013, EXTENDE is also certified ISO 14001:2004.

Our Quality Management System has been expanded to include the environment. To this end, EXTENDE implemented a certain amount of indicators, aiming at limiting and / or controlling its impact on the environment. A code of good practice was implemented, in order to encourage employees to recycle and save energy. Moreover, through our mission to bring the benefits of simulation and NDE development methodology to the NDE community, our purpose is to help companies ensure the preservation of their structures, thus reducing the risk of environmental disasters. Besides, the simulation of NDE inspection also helps to limit the environmental impact of NDT (less mock-ups, less waste, etc.).
